CSI Properties, LLC - Real Estate Sales & Services was founded by B.J. Knox a native of the area.

Our Firm specializes in raw land, old farms, Hip & Historic Downtown Davidson, Lake Norman, Cornelius, Huntersville (Birkdale Village), Mooresville, Kannapolis, Concord, Mountain Island Lake and surrounding counties.  From the Golf Course, to country club, to historic homes, equestrian estates, custom built houses, urban lofts to the water front town home and condominium with lake access, our area has something to offer everyone.

Additionally , we offer vacation rentals in the Mountains, the Coast, the Lake and the areas  referenced on this page. 

Property Management services also available for properties within a limited mile radius of our office.

Our dynamic staff members are dedicated professionals who work together to create service for each individual.  Also, there are (2) full time associates are bi-lingual in Spanish and English for those whose first language is Spanish.

Founder and owner of CSI Properties with a family history in the region dating back to the early 1900's she has the knowledge and expertise of how the real estate market has changed.  Since the creation of Lake Norman in 1963 the surrounding towns have experienced unprecedented growth.  As a result of over 20 years working in the real estate industry, B.J.'s network of clients, community and business relationships allows her and the firm to offer an exclusive look at properties and investment opportunities to others.
